The G S Memorial Plastic Surgery Hospital and Trauma Centre (GSMPSHTC) is like a temple and Dr. Subodh Kumar Singh is like God for us. We were completely broken down when fist time doctor told us that our child has cleft lip and palate. At that time we didn't have any knowledge about cleft lip and palate. We felt really unlucky and hopeless during that crucial moment of our life. Luckily we came to know about GSMPSHTC from one of our friend, who also had gone through same phase like us. We got some hope after getting the information about GSMPSHTC. Also, we thoroughly gone through the profile of Dr. Subodh Kumar Singh and Smile Train NGO. Finally, we decided to contact with hospital authority for treatment of our son Tathagata Sarkar. Now, our son is 2.5yr old and he is almost normal after his cleft lip and palate operation . The facility at GSMPSHTC is really amazing and most important part of this hospital is it’s patients friendly behavior from each and every staff. We have seen that this hospitals treated all patients equally and they never differentiates patients on the basis of their social status. Here , they also provide the cooking facility on the roof of the hospital building, which is really helpful for family members of patient.
